Blueberries Oatmeal Breakfast

I am not a fan of breakfast at all. I know it’s the most important meal of the day but I used to skip breakfast. Since I started having oatmeal for breakfast, I have tried creating different flavours to make myself love breakfast. And I have managed it 🙂

Here is the recipe for your delicious Oatmeals with Blueberries! It’s super easy, super tasty and very healthy.

Ingredients
2 big tbsp of oatmeal
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 banana (cut to small slices)
A hand full of blueberries
Few drops of Vanilla extract (optional)
Vanilla yoghurt (or your favourite yoghurt)
1/3 cup of skimmed milk

You probably should make it the night before so the oatmeal can absorb the milk and the banana’s flavour.

How-to

  1. In a small bowl or a glass, add oatmeal, chia seeds and banana together. Add the milk and combine with a spoon.
  2. You can add some drops of Vanilla extract or other flavour as you wish, you can also leave it out.
  3. Cover the glass/bowl with foil and store in the fridge. Let it chill over night.
  4. Your breakfast is done after adding some yoghurt and blueberries. You can sprinkle some chocolate on top as well.

If you are not the breakfast person like me, you should definitely try this. It feels like having dessert in the morning 🙂

Any suggestion for good oatmeal breakfasts? Please let me know!!

Enjoy!
